How to Report
- Online: Complete the general issue form. Describe the problem, give the nearest address or intersection and attach a photo if you have one.
- By app: Submit a request through the Fredville mobile app.
- By phone: Call 311 or the city's main line at (555) 010-0311.
Staff will send your report to the right department. For an emergency, call 911 right away.
