Citation and Warrant Database

Look up payment details, court dates, warrants and the total balance due on a case in the citation and warrant database.

Warrant Information

Search for a warrant or citation online, and review the ways you can resolve an outstanding warrant on the warrant information page.

Citation Payment

Learn about payment plans and pay a citation online, by phone, by mail or in person through the citation payment page.

Court paperwork can be left in the night drop box at the northeast corner of the building. To speak with a member of the court staff about any question, call (555) 010-3167.

The searchable database shows whether a citation has gone into warrant status, how much you owe in fines, your scheduled court date and other key details about your case.

Court Services and Information

How can I find out whether I have a warrant?

Search the online citation and warrant database. It will tell you if your citation has become a warrant, what fine you owe, when your court date is and other important case information.

How can I pay a citation when the court is closed?

A payment drop box at the northeast corner of the building is available around the clock. It accepts checks and money orders only; never put cash in the drop box.

You may also be able to pay online, by phone or by mail. Details are on the citation payment page.

Can a defensive driving class keep a ticket off my record?

You may take a driving safety course to keep a citation off your driving record if all of the following are true:

  • You hold a valid Texas driver's license (commercial license holders do not qualify).
  • You carry Texas liability insurance and can show that it is current.
  • You have not completed a defensive driving course during the 12 months leading up to the alleged offense.
  • You are not enrolled in a course for some other traffic violation right now.
  • You ask for a driving safety course no later than your appearance date.

Find more on the Dismissals: Defensive Driving page.
