Purchasing

Vendor system update: In October 2026, the City of Fredville moved its supplier records to a new online supplier management system. Vendors already registered with the city were sent an email explaining how to update their details and sign up through the new self-service supplier portal. Please send any questions to [email protected].

The Purchasing Division buys the goods and services the city needs, aiming to do so efficiently, promptly and at a good value, while following every applicable federal, state and local law.

Fredville is glad to work with vendors from our community. The division encourages every qualified business that offers products or services the city uses to compete for its contracts.
