Airport

Fredville Municipal Airport has a lighted concrete runway 3,800 feet long and 70 feet wide, along with a helipad, aircraft repair, cargo handling and facilities that support flight training, private flying and business aviation.

The airport is designated as a reliever airport and is listed in the Texas Aeronautical Facilities Plan as well as the Federal Aviation Administration's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems.

Aircraft using the field range from small piston airplanes to large turboprop business aircraft and helicopters. The airport sits a short drive southwest of downtown.

The airport offers 190 individual T-hangars. The new terminal is open whenever the on-site restaurant is open, and the conference room can be rented for meetings and special events.
