Mechanical Contractor Registration

Step 1. Set Up an Online Permit Portal Account

Registering through an account on the online permit portal makes sure your trade license is linked to the correct customer record with the City of Fredville.

Step 2. Check What You Need

To register, you must provide:

• Details about your company
• A filled-out application
• A copy of the applicant's driver's license
• A copy of the applicant's state mechanical license

Step 3. Submit Online

Complete the mechanical contractor registration form in the online permit portal.

Registering in Person

If you would rather register at the counter, print and fill out the paper mechanical contractor registration form (PDF, 41 KB). Drop it off at the Building Inspections counter in City Hall along with copies of the applicant's driver's license and state license.
