Alley and Easement Requirements
Property owners or occupants are responsible for the alleys and easements behind both homes and businesses.
Each property must keep up its half of the alley or easement, measured from the back property line or fence to the middle of the alley or easement.
Upkeep means cutting tall grass and weeds, picking up trash and debris, and trimming back overhanging tree branches and shrubs.
