To look up an existing code compliance case, go to the Search Public Information page in the city's online permitting portal, which also tracks code cases. It shows the case status, the violations cited, inspection results, and both completed and upcoming actions.
Recent cases can also be checked on the recent requests page of the Code Compliance service request system.
