Junk and Inoperable Vehicle Violations
A vehicle is considered inoperable if it is wrecked, taken apart, sitting on flat tires or on jacks, or has expired registration or an invalid inspection certificate. Covering it with a tarp, bamboo shade or similar material does not count as acceptable screening.
