Yard Debris, Trash and Junk Violations
Yards must be kept free of junk, litter and debris, and these items must be thrown away the right way. The rule covers things like old car parts, appliances, furniture, construction or landscaping materials and tires. It also covers litter such as paper, cardboard and plastic, debris such as fallen branches and tree trimmings, and anything else that has been thrown out.
