Vendors can request the city's W-9 form from Accounting.
Direct Deposit for Vendor Payments
Vendors doing business with the City of Fredville can choose to be paid by direct deposit, which saves time and paperwork for everyone involved.
With direct deposit, your money arrives faster, you skip the trip to the bank, and there is no risk of a check going missing in the mail.
Deposited funds can be used right away. Each time a payment goes out, we email you a remittance notice showing every invoice number and date, the amount paid on each, and the payment total.
Spam filters sometimes catch messages you actually want. To make sure remittance notices reach you, add [email protected] to your safe-sender list. Your email provider's support team can walk you through it if needed.
Return the completed direct deposit authorization form by email to [email protected], or send it by mail to:
Accounts Payable, City of Fredville
P.O. Box 1000, Fredville, TX 75999
Once we have your information, allow about three weeks for direct deposit to be set up for your business.
