The Health and Environment Department makes sure every liquid waste hauling company working in Fredville holds current state and city permits, keeps accurate manifest records showing how waste is generated, transported and disposed of, and keeps its equipment in good order.
Step 1: Check the Requirements
Before applying, read the City of Fredville liquid waste ordinance and the Liquid Waste Hauler checklist (PDF).
A complete Liquid Waste Hauler Permit Application includes:
- A copy of your TCEQ waste hauler permit or registration
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- A Fredville inspection, or an inspection report or permit issued by Dallas or Fort Worth
- Contact information for the business
- Details for the operations manager, along with a copy of that person's driver's license
- The parent company's name and contact details, if there is one
- For every vehicle to be permitted: year, make, tank capacity in gallons, license plate, vehicle ID number, who inspected it, and the fee
- The kind of liquid waste you will haul
- The permitted disposal facility or facilities you will use, with a list of contacts at each one
Step 2: Submit Your Application

Fees
The city issues permits for about 90 vehicles each year.
