A pre-development conference is an informal meeting with Planning and Development staff before you file an application. It is a chance to talk through your project, learn which reviews and permits apply, and spot potential issues early.
To request a conference, call the Planning Division at (555) 010-8724 or the City's main line at (555) 010-0311. See the development process page for next steps.
Fredville is a demonstration city built by Talk to Fred. Names, numbers and details on this page are sample content.
