When Your Comments Are Shared
For a comment to appear in the published agenda packet, staff must have it in hand by 9 a.m. on the Monday a week ahead of the meeting. Comments that come in after that deadline are still tracked and logged by staff.
A comment on a Planning and Zoning Commission item is also passed along to the City Council once the Council takes up that case.
Public Record
Every comment sent through the form becomes part of the public record.
