Start, stop or transfer water, sewer and trash service with the City of Fredville Utility Billing office.
Start service
- Apply online through the city's utility customer portal or in person at City Hall, 100 Civic Center Drive, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Bring a photo ID and a signed lease or closing statement.
- Deposit: $100 for owners, $150 for renters. Waived with a letter showing 12 months of on-time payments from your last water provider.
- Connection fee: $30, added to your first bill.
- Requests in by 2 p.m. are turned on the same business day.
Stop or transfer service
Give 3 business days' notice online or by phone at (555) 010-4485. Your final bill is mailed within 10 days. Deposits are applied to the final bill and any balance is refunded within 30 days.
