Bluebonnet Meadows PID

Bluebonnet Meadows PID exists to keep public property in the neighborhood maintained to a higher standard than the City's usual level of service.

Working on Your Behalf

The PID cares for and upgrades the irrigation, fencing and landscaping across the neighborhood's shared common areas. These continuing improvements keep the neighborhood attractive and help protect home values.

PID Advisory Board

Bluebonnet Meadows PID is guided by this advisory board:

Proposed Additions

Proposed expansion of Bluebonnet Meadows PID (PDF)

Homeowners in Tumbleweed Estates Phase 3A, part of Bluebonnet Meadows, are gathering petition signatures to join the Bluebonnet Meadows Public Improvement District (PID) and keep the neighborhood looking its best. Planned projects for the first five years include vinyl fencing, new entry monuments, and landscape improvements and upkeep.

If enough signatures come in, assessments would not begin until January 2021. At $0.08 per $100 of appraised value, the assessment is a modest price for keeping home values and the look of the neighborhood consistent. Once approved, the PID would take over care of shared amenities such as fencing and landscaping.
