Linden Glen PID exists to keep public property in the district maintained at a higher level than the city's standard service provides.
What the PID Does
The PID pays for upkeep and upgrades to the irrigation systems, fencing and landscaping in the Linden Glen, Ravenna Park and Foxmoor Glen common areas. These ongoing improvements keep the neighborhood attractive and help protect home values.
