Meadowview PID exists to keep public property in the neighborhood maintained to a higher standard than the city's usual level of service.
What the PID Does
The district pays for upkeep and upgrades to the irrigation systems, fencing and landscaping in Meadowview's common areas. These ongoing improvements keep the neighborhood looking its best and help protect residents' property values.
