Purpose of the District
The Point Public Improvement District (PID) exists to keep public spaces in the neighborhood maintained to a higher standard than the city's usual level of service.
Working for You
PID funds pay for upkeep and upgrades to the irrigation systems, fences and landscaping in The Point's common areas. Ongoing projects in these spaces help make the neighborhood more attractive and protect the value of residents' homes.
