This council committee reviews matters brought forward by city staff before they reach the full City Council. Its topics include the municipal budget and city finances, bonds and capital projects, proposed policies and ordinances, and changes in the city's overall direction.
Public Comment
Residents are welcome to address the Council about any item on a meeting agenda. During the "Citizen Comments" portion of the meeting, speakers may also raise topics that are not on the agenda. To speak, fill out a speaker card and turn it in. Each speaker has up to 5 minutes. Agendas for every regular Council meeting are posted online ahead of time.
