Southmere PID exists to keep public property in the district maintained to a higher standard than the city normally provides.
We Are Working For You
The district pays for upkeep and upgrades to the irrigation systems, fencing and landscaping in Southmere's common areas. Ongoing improvements to these spaces help make the neighborhood more attractive and support the value of homes in the community.
