Plumbing Contractor Registration

Plumbing contractors can register with the City of Fredville online or in person.

Register Online

Step 1. Set Up a Portal Account

Begin by opening an account in the online permit portal. The account lets the city bill you for the registration fee and keeps your license tied to the right company record.

Step 2. Gather What You Need

Have these items ready before you apply:

• Details about your company
• A completed application
• A copy of the applicant's driver's license
• A copy of the applicant's state trade license

Step 3. Submit Your Application

Fill out the plumbing contractor registration form in the portal.

Register in Person

Prefer to apply at the counter? Print and complete the plumbing contractor registration form, then take it to City Hall, where the Building Inspections Division accepts it together with copies of the applicant's driver's license and state trade license.
