Cover Sheet for Private Development
- Private development cover sheet, AutoCAD drawing (DWG, 847KB)
Revised Drawings Stamp
- Released-for-construction stamp for revised sheets (JPG, 62KB). Put this stamp on every sheet you are revising.
Record Drawing Stamp
- Record drawing stamp in CAD format (DXF, 28KB). When the project is finished, the engineer of record places this stamp on every sheet of the record civil plans, then signs and dates it. The plat and the city's standard detail sheets do not need the stamp.
- Record drawing stamp as a PDF (13KB)
Project Information Block
- Single-family residential version (DWG, 199KB): the data table to place on the Dimension Control Plan for single-family projects
- Version for all other project types (DWG, 261KB): the same table for projects that are not single-family residential
- Backup copy of the table for projects other than single-family (BAK, 50KB)
