Larchwood Park PID exists to keep public property in the neighborhood maintained above the standard the city normally provides.
We Are Working for You
The district funds upkeep and upgrades for the irrigation systems, fencing and landscaping in the Larchwood Park common areas. These ongoing improvements make the neighborhood more attractive and help protect the value of the homes in it.
