Beware of Fake Payment Requests
The City of Fredville has learned of recent email scams in which criminals pose as City departments and send out phony invoices.
Please note: the City will never ask you to pay by wire transfer, whether for a building permit, a planning application or any related service.
To keep from being scammed, pay only through one of these official methods:
- The City's secure online permit portal
- In person at an authorized City office
- By mail to an official City address
If an invoice or payment request looks suspicious, or you are unsure about it, check with the City department involved before you pay so staff can confirm whether it is genuine.
Fee Schedule
We have reorganized our fee schedule to make it easier to read. Building permit fees appear on pages 9 through 11 of the Unified Development Code fee schedule (PDF, 621 KB).

Pay Permit Fees
Fees can be paid in person at the Building Inspections Department in City Hall, 100 Civic Center Drive, Fredville, TX 75999. Please bring your invoice when paying in person.
You can also pay online through the online permit portal.
