Their counselors can help with buying a home, renting, avoiding default or foreclosure, and resolving credit problems. HUD keeps a searchable list of approved agencies on its website.

Fredville's First Key Program helps low- and moderate-income individuals and families who are buying their first home. The program is managed by Fredville's Housing and Neighborhood Services Department.
