- Online: Pay through the city's utility customer portal, where you can also sign up for automatic payments and paperless billing.
- By phone: Call Water Service at (555) 010-4485 and follow the prompts to pay by card.
- In person: Stop by the utility customer service counter at City Hall, 100 Civic Center Drive, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- By mail: Send a check or money order with your bill stub to Water Service, P.O. Box 1000, Fredville, TX 75999.
