Who Needs a Lodging Permit
Anyone operating a hotel or motel in Fredville must hold a lodging permit, and the permit has to be renewed every year. To apply, fill out the lodging permit application for hotels and motels, along with the Criminal Background Check Authorization Form.
File these forms when you are:
- opening a new hotel or motel
- renewing an existing permit
- changing the property's name
- transferring the property to a new owner
Paying the Processing Fee
Once your application and background check authorization have been turned in, pay the $30 processing fee. Make checks out to "City of Fredville Lodging Permit" and bring or send payment to:
