Early Notice Neighborhood Notification Program

Registered organizations are listed in the city's HOA directory and are automatically enrolled in the Early Notice Neighborhood Notification Program. Through the program, the city shares information about development proposals inside an organization's boundaries or close to them.

Because the notices go out at the start of development review, neighborhood groups get extra time to study proposed changes and share their views well before the public hearing notices that Texas law requires.

Participating organizations generally hear about a pending development request about one week after the developer files it.

The city welcomes comments from neighborhood organizations by email or in writing. Email comments to [email protected], or mail written comments to the Planning Division, P.O. Box 1000, Fredville, TX 75999.
