Unified Development Code

The City of Fredville adopted its Unified Development Code (UDC) in November 1990. The UDC gathers the city's development rules into one comprehensive document. It is the main guide for building and land development in Fredville, and it sets out the procedures, standards and regulations that apply to zoning and land use applications.

Each article of the code is posted below as a PDF, along with a list of the sections it contains.

The Planning Department keeps the UDC current. Because the online copy may not yet reflect the newest amendments, please confirm any information with planning staff before you submit an application.
