Red Kite PID exists to keep public property in the neighborhood maintained to a higher standard than the city's regular service level.
Working for Our Neighborhood
The PID pays for upkeep and upgrades to the irrigation systems, fences and plantings across the common areas of Red Kite, as well as at the baseball field. These continuing improvements help keep the community attractive and support the value of residents' homes.
