Introducing the Water Utility Customer Portal
The new Water Utility Customer Portal for Fredville is now live, and it brings several helpful features for customers:
- Everything in one place: See your billing statements, account details, water use and more from a single site.
- Flexible payments: Pay your bill whenever and wherever you like from a computer, phone or tablet.

What's Changing
Portal web address
- You will need to register your account in the new system. When it opens, you will get an invitation email from [email protected] letting you know the portal is live.
- Use the new web address to reach your account, see and pay bills, and manage your services.
- To look up your new account number and sign in, you will need your existing account details and the amount of a recent statement.
Account number
- Every customer receives a new account number.
- Your new number is shown while you register for the new portal.
- It will also be printed on your paper water bills.
Automatic payments to your water account
- If you pay online or by automatic payment, you will need to enter your bank details again and re-enroll in automatic payments.
- If you pay through an outside service, such as your bank's bill pay, an e-lockbox or a payment processor, update the water account number there so your payments reach the correct account.
Monitoring water use
- Your water use now appears right in the new portal, so you no longer need a separate login to see consumption next to your bills.
What's Staying the Same
- You will still be billed once a month.
- Bills will still be due 21 days after the statement date.
- You can still pay in whichever way suits you best. See the payment options.
