Larkmere PID exists to keep public property in the neighborhood maintained to a higher standard than the city's regular service level.
Working for Our Neighborhood
The PID funds upkeep and upgrades for the irrigation systems, fences, pond and plantings across the common areas of Larkmere. These continuing improvements keep the community looking its best and help protect the value of residents' homes.
