Outside Open Storage

What Is Not Allowed

Equipment, building or landscaping supplies, parts, appliances, scrap and similar items may not be kept outdoors or on the outside of a house or other building.

For the purposes of this rule, outside or open storage means keeping any material outside a building or on its exterior. It is prohibited unless the property's zoning district specifically allows it and every requirement of the zoning ordinance is met.
