Early Notice Program

Each organization that registers is added to the city's HOA directory and automatically enrolled in the Early Notice Neighborhood Notification Program. Through the program, the city shares information about development proposals inside a group's boundaries or close to them.

Because these alerts come early in the development review process, associations have extra time to study proposed changes and weigh in well before the public hearing notices that Texas law requires.

Participating organizations usually hear about a pending development request about a week after the developer submits an application. Register your HOA to begin receiving these alerts.

The city welcomes comments from neighborhood organizations by email or in writing. Email comments to [email protected], or mail them to the Planning Division, P.O. Box 1000, Fredville, TX 75999.
