Halfmoon Heights PID exists to keep public property in the neighborhood maintained to a higher standard than the city's usual level of service.

The PID maintains and upgrades the irrigation systems, fencing and landscaping in the Halfmoon Heights common areas. These ongoing improvements help beautify the neighborhood and protect residents' property values.
