Fire Station 3 was rebuilt in 2022 to keep pace with Fredville's growth, replacing the original 1961 station that stood next door. The new building covers 18,400 square feet and has four apparatus bays for an engine, an ambulance, a blocker truck and the battalion chief's vehicle, along with crew living quarters, a classroom and offices.
The station is home to 13 personnel: nine firefighters and four members of the administrative training staff. It sits at 1180 W Wrenhaven Dr, beside the site of the old station, and serves the center of Fredville.
