Household Hazardous Waste Collection

Date
Location
City Hall

Fredville holds Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection events several times a year. They are free for Fredville residents, but space is limited.

Because HHW disposal keeps getting more expensive, each household may use the city's HHW service no more than four times a year. Try to save up your materials and bring them all at once to get the most out of each visit.

The city pays the same amount per visit no matter how much you bring, so combining your trips helps everyone.

You must register in advance, either online or by calling (555) 010-1261. If no time slots show up when you register online, that event is full; please sign up for a different date.

Bring a valid Texas driver's license or ID card to show that you live in Fredville.

How Can I Get Rid of HHW Safely?

Fredville residents have two choices:

  • Bring your materials to one of the city's collection events, which take place several times a year. Registration is required and spots fill up, so sign up early online or at (555) 010-1261.
  • Take your materials to the regional household hazardous waste collection center. You will need a voucher to drop off HHW there; to request one, call (555) 010-1261 and ask for the Environmental Quality Department.
