The Emergency Medical Services Division coordinates the Fredville Fire Department's EMS system, which provides out-of-hospital emergency care to everyone who lives in or visits Fredville.
Two firefighter/paramedics staff each Fredville Fire Department ambulance around the clock. Crews handle medical emergencies, serious crashes and many other kinds of medical calls, and they also go to structure fires to care for injured occupants or firefighters.
Ambulances are stationed at fire stations across the city. They carry modern equipment, and their crews are trained to perform a wide range of life-saving procedures.
