Fredville's Downtown Plan describes a vision for the heart of the city and the strategic steps that can spark investment and carry that vision forward. It builds on the goals of the 2018 Comprehensive Plan update, on the assets downtown already has and on the character of its existing blocks.
Main parts of the plan:
- The distinct character areas that together make up downtown
- An illustrative plan showing how the vision could look on the ground
- A strategy for activating and merchandising downtown so the plan can be put into action
The complete Downtown Master Plan is available as a PDF (134MB).
