Flood Watch Continues Through Friday

Flood warning sirens
Fredville has four flood warning sirens, each placed in a part of the city that lies inside the 100-year floodplain. Low-lying ground in these areas can flood quickly, and roads there may be cut off while the water is high.
If you live or work near Foxtail Bend, Dunmore Park, the Larkhaven Apartments or the low-water crossings along the river, be prepared to act right away or to shelter in place when the sirens sound. Maps and more details are on the Flood Warning Sirens page.
