The Fredville Hotel Development Corporation acts for the City of Fredville to help carry out the city's governmental functions and advance the general welfare of the community. Its work can include:
- promoting economic development
- acquiring, developing and redeveloping real property within the city
- building or operating city facilities
- any other public purpose the Fredville City Council assigns to it
Membership
The corporation has four members appointed by the City Council. More than half of the members must be Fredville residents.
