The Fredville Housing Finance Corporation is a legally incorporated body that uses tax-exempt bonds to encourage housing activity in the city.
Membership
The corporation has five members, each with a background in finance, real estate or public housing. The mayor and council members put forward nominees who meet those qualifications, and the full council reaches a consensus on who is appointed.
