Budget

Each year the Budget Division builds Fredville's operating budget and its capital projects budget, then tracks spending against both so that city revenue goes where it delivers the most value.

The division also supports sound, fiscally responsible decisions across the organization. Staff analyze department operations, evaluate programs and produce reliable, on-time reports for city departments and the City Council.
