The city's online permitting and inspections portal has been upgraded and now offers more ways to sign in. Everyone must register again, including users who had accounts before April 2025.
Within Fredville city limits, the Fire Prevention Division issues the permits and performs the inspections listed on this page. Each permit requires a passing inspection, enforced under the 2021 edition of the International Fire Code.
Plan on about 10 business days for permit processing. It can take longer if the applicant needs to make changes or supply more information.
