Topographic Maps, LiDAR Data and Record Drawings

Fredville has citywide elevation contours at one-foot intervals, developed from LiDAR data collected in 2016. Contours can be downloaded in CAD (*.dwg) or GIS (*.gdb) format. Record drawings are also on file for many City-owned water, wastewater and storm drain facilities.

All of the topographic maps, LiDAR data and record drawings listed below are free to download.

Disclaimer: These maps are graphic representations only and are not a legal survey. The City of Fredville has worked to make the data as accurate and dependable as current technology allows, but it is not liable for any damage resulting from errors or omissions in the data, or from the data not working on a particular system. The City offers no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, and making the data available does not create one.

Every City ordinance is published in the online code library. These ordinances have a direct effect on development:

  • Ordinance setting fees for geotechnical and materials testing (PDF)

The full City of Fredville Code of Ordinances is also available online.

Impact and Tap Fees

Water and sewer impact fees and tap fees inside the city are collected by the Engineering Department. The rates appear in the fee article of the Unified Development Code, and a one-page Impact and Tap Fee Form (PDF) sums them up.
